We own and manage real estate rentals throughout The County of Santa Cruz, California. In addition to real estate we operate a landscape and construction services business for 45 years. Our landscape business is called Geno’s Landscaping Services and is operational Monday through Sunday 7:30am to 4:00pm all year around. Geno’s Landscaping Services focuses on residential and commercial property maintenance. We also do side projects for the landscape and construction industry in all areas.
We are passionate about the arts. Preserving history in but not limited to areas such as: artwork, books, glassware, & ephemera.
